Super Hero Acting Class

(Youth)

Heroes assemble! Has your child ever wanted to be a superhero? Here’s your chance to craft a true hero origin story! Students will create their own hero including powers and backstory, ending with a choreographed battle scene!

$20 per class

Broadway Dancing Magic

Is your little one dreaming of getting to the Big Apple? Well, give them a taste with this class as Quinci brings Broadway choreography to the dance studio! She’s breaking down the moves from all of their favorite musicals so that your child will feel like a star!

Yoga 101

(Ages 16 to Adult)

Have you ever heard that yoga is good for you, but haven’t tried it yet? Or thought ”I’m just not that flexible”? Or maybe you love yoga and are an accomplished yogi! All levels are welcome to join us for Yoga 101 where we will build a simple yoga practice from the ground up! Learn basic poses, practice balance, use breath work to enhance your health, strengthen and lengthen your muscles while keeping your body aligned. With an aligned body, we can perform any art form with more presence and ease, less pain and greater clarity/focus.
